i hated the last part, where the creator of matrix would go on and on, i didnt understand even one thing he said. U would need to understand computer languauge to understand him properly.
Basically, the Matrix has been destroyed 5 times before, and Neo is the 6th 'The One'. 'The One' (an anomaly) was basically an accident, but because it was there, the machines created a protection to circumvent 'The One' to be the one to free the human race. The precautions they took is to send sentienels to destroy 'Zion' (the place where everyone was having one massive orgy), so because 'Zion' is destroyed, then there will be no more free minds.
Neo must disseminate (scatter) 'The One's' code, upon which he must choose 16 Female and 7 males to restart the new 'Zion'. If he didn't reinsert 'The One's' code, then there will be a 'SYSTEM ERROR' (Windows?), which will kill everyone connected to the matrix. So that' coupled with the destruction means the human race will end. So computers (oh so predictable) thought that by doing this, each incarnation of 'The One' will feel attached/obligated to reinsert that elusive code they desire to save the human race from being enslaved forever.
Simply put, the machines elaborate plan was to manipulate 'The One's' emotions and put an overwhelming amount of responsibility to coax him, but Neo (the heartless bastard) went to save his slut.
