Anyword yet on how the subbing of IY 115 is going? The last 2 eps were released kind of quickly. Was that just a fluke or are they just holding it back? Im not saying they are going slow im just kind of getting anxious to see AF and FgF's latest and greatest fansubbing

Ep 115 is awesome without spilling the beans, I'd say it rivals 114 AT LEAST. -- how do I know this? ok ok.. so I'm too inpatient to wait for FGF & AF fansub-- though i will point out quickly that FGF-AF does the best fansub of Inuyasha

If you really wanna know how it's going,
go on Fan Girl Friday and check if it's encoding or translating.
But I would go nuts if I were the translator,
and ppl kept sending mails and creating topics...

hrmmm, I thought Anime Kraze was the only other group keeping up with AF-FGF.

If they have released 115 I havn't seen it around and their site also seems to be down (unless they moved).

I think devi has just read the manga translations and not seen the actual anime episode.

Nah -- i've seen the episode. Anime Kraze does have it up-- I saw on Baka updates but had to hunt for the website as anime-kraze.org (or whatever) is down

yeah anime-kraze has been down for a while....LOL I started watching Inuyasha on Anime-Kraze...but they got too damned slow...2 weeks an ep....then one of my counter-strike buddies told me about ANIME-4EVER.....and its been bliss ever since....!!!!!!!!!

Me personally i could care less who i download it from. whoever finishes it first. makes no difference to me.

I dont think the AF people give a dam anyway its not like there losing money from where we download it from.

The majority of people download it off kazaa anyway, at least all the noobs.

I'll stick with AF-F.

No, the fansubbers are not losing money or anything. They do it because they like fansubbing. But it sure makes them feel good to see faithful followers/leechers too.

OKAY here goes...
I think fgf has took a small vacation (of a week?) which they most certainly deserve (hell i need one too ^^) but i think when they get back we're gonna do a double serving (or more?) of yasha (but dont quote me on this)

Bankotsu: Everyone's entitled to what they like but just as Sylf said yah we do it cuz we like to fansub, and yes we do feel good seein faithful followers of our series ;

Also, fansubbing is not a speed thing, or a contest or however most ignorant people (including many fansubbers) think... it's really about bring out an anime to the fans so they can enjoy it! That's what we try to do when we put in that little extra effort.
We have nothing against kraze at all... in fact we know some friends there too and they also work on IY
But if you say you don't care about us... well then we dont care about you
You're free to choose your own path, be-it speed or otherwise, we wont stop you

But anyway, we'll be back in the yasha groove soon but until then enjoy some new Af series, plus remember the IY 2nd movie we definately have plans on doing that later in the summer.

I agree with you, Long---shot. Some people (I won't mention names) are just too serious. It gets on my nerves. Always making me feel bad about the things i do.
Well anyway, I wouldn't download the episode from somewhere else. Unless- hm. Yes actually I would. hehe. I'm an impatient person, I admit it.

I used to get my Inuyasha from Anime-Kraze but I switched to here cuz I like the subs more and the bittorrent actually worked ^-^(), If u guys could sell your fansubs I bet more people would buy them then the viz!

I just checked out anime-kraze and I finished D/ling IY 115. I don't see what the big deal is it looks about the same except there aren't any notes at the beginning. The big difference with them and you is that they took 3 hrs to dl one ep when it should have taken like 20 mins. So I will stick with you guys and I will definately D/L the next IY from here.

I speciallly enjoy the glossary parts which are introduced in the FGF episodes of inuyasha.

I originally got eps from ani-kraze, but then I once DL'd a vid from FGF, and I was like "Who are these guys?"... I liked the subbing a lil better from FGF (plus FGF seemed to crank out the eps a bit faster), so I switched to FGF.

I used to get the episodes by whoever put them out the fastest...
or whichever person one i was able to get the qucikest in Direct Donnect(a great program for getting older anime, 10 times better then kazaa imo)but i decided to to go to AnimeForever and FgF's because i watch almost all of my anime on my tv through a TV out card and AniKraze's subtitles were just to hard to read on the lower resolution screen.(btw anime looks sweet on a tv rather then a computer screen)AF&FgG's subs were just so much better i stuck with them and havnt looked back since...also the translation note are very informative aswell

whoever finished them first I download from...but I cant get in the fuckin anime-kraze site......proabably cuz I made fun of MASAMUNE too much....

we'll if your really jonesing for your Inu fix just download the raw feed and then get the fansub later, just finished watching ep 117 and the story is definitely getting interesting.

The exact same thing happened to me. I came to check on which episodes were ready and it said they moved to IRC or something like that (I can never figure these things out hehe ) Anyway I think that's a good idea, (except for the fact that i'd hafta start paying hehe just joking).

Hey this is probably a violation or something but the #anime-Kraze channel is at /server irc.animenetworks.org 6667 just copy and paste that into your IRC client(this WILL disconnect you from your current server, as in anything you are downloading will be stopped and you will go to the anime-kraze channel)

I saved the site i got the BT from for inuyasha 115. I'll post it here later (I'm working) But there is a site where they put the BTs for anime-kraze.

Personally-- I'm grateful to any/ ALL fansubbers who are willing to spend time so as I can watch these nifty cartoons without waiting years for them to come out in the states-- be ig AF-FgF or Animekraze.

Yeah I tried BTing it but it took for ever so I just switched to animenetworks for an hour or so and Xdcced it(they have slow Xdcc with a bandwith limit so I waited a while to get IY 115)

this may seem odd since im new but anyone got an idea if inuyasha 115 is out yet?

Raven, i didn't really have any problems downloading it- i had to start it over because it wouldn't connect me to 'peers' but once it connected it was going at about 200 KBs

We're gonna try and get 115/116 out as soon as possible, we apologize for the wait. If people must know, I disappeared owing to some personal issues (illness in the family being one of them) so nothing got done. So if you're waiting for FGF thanks for your patience. And if you didn't, we don't hate you. Fansubbing isn't a contest, because if it was then we'd ALL lose. Nobody likes channel wars
