Infact, I just drew out of the Scouts 2 years ago ^^ I would have stayed, but, I think I got a little to old to still be in Girls Scouts.

But let me tell you, it takes skills to be a Girls Scout girl, and like someone stated earlier, most people buy the cookies/candy bars out of pity.
Most of the time, if I am walking door to door, this was a verey famous act;

Me: Hello Ma'am/Sir, I-I have been walking around in this hot/cold weather all day, and no one wanted to buy my-my-m-my coo-cookies! I am not saying y-you will, b-but- bu-but... *verey convincing fake sob* today we have a 5 cent discount!!!
Sir/Ma'am: Aww, deary, its okay, I'll buy a whole box!
Me: Thank you so much! *hugs and goes to next door with same act*
