I honestly forgot, I think it was AnimeForever or AnimeStation.

Could somebody enlighten me on this?

Currently, Fangirl Friday and Anime Forever plan to sub the 2nd movie as soon it becomes available on DVD. (August 21st, I believe). You'll just have to wait until then...while there may be some VHS rips floating around, they're just not really the sort of quality we'd like to release :-/
