For me, this vote definitely goes to Kagura. Both her Japanese and English VAs are so good they practically steal the show every time they're onscreen. Half the reason I like Kagura as much as I do is because of her voice. She's so cool.

After that... I don't know. Definitely not Kagome; her voice irritates me in the dub, and while it's not bad in the original, she doesn't stand out either. Kikyou's Japanese seiyuu is pretty good, I guess. So is Sango's, though once again both of their VAs are a bit lacking in the dub. Kanna's voice is excellent in both versions, but it's hardly sexy.

NO Way sango has the sexiest voice. i stick with the sango. i like how she plays hard to get. lol. But ur right about kagome.

I agree with Spectrum about Kagura. However, she IS slightly older than the rest of the characters, both she and her seiyuu. That would be in her early to mid 30s (when a lot of good-voiced women are at they're sexiest, vocally) or so. My pick is Sango, I just adore her voice so much. It's unlike most Japanese female voices (which are a bit too high-pitched generally, but not a bad thing at all). It has a certain... how should I put this... certain thickness, it's soft and silky, and has that pure feminine blossomy over-tone, like running honey through hot water. ...(eek, got a bit too carried away XD). I also love her unique delivery, innocent yet cunning at the same time. And plus, Huko Kuwashima is an active solo singer, unlike the rest of the seiyuu. She even has a new album out, called "Flores." You can hear a few samples of her songs at her site.

There's an mp3 section on Nikkou-chan's awesome Mirosan shrine, which has a new Huko song up every now and then.

Kagura gets my vote, even though overall, I suppose I like Kikyo best amongst the women chars. Kagura sounds perpetually seductive. Nice. If Kikyo wasn't so no-nonsense and dead serious (pun!) all the time, her voice would rival Kagura's. Sango's would be third, then Kagome, then everyone else ties for fourth, except for Rin and Kanna. Those two are tied for last, because Rin is a toddler and Kanna sounds like she's always half-asleep and on valium.

NO wait, Kaede is dead last. Grandmamas are not hot.

I was going to vote for Kaede, seeing as how she doesn't get any love and we need to respect our elders. XD Just kidding. Seriously, though, Hisako Kyouda is an incredibly talented seiyuu... she's amazing. Just not sexy. XD

Houko (or HOU-CHAN! - heheee... *grins over at Patches*) is definitely my favorite. Her voice is kinda soft and mature, but she's got some definite authority and power. I know she can sing as well, but even her speaking voice is really melodious.

Kagome's voice, well, let's just say that Satsuki Yukino's voice for some odd reason completely changed the way I felt about Kagome, from her being one of the most irritating characters in Inuyasha to someone I REALLY came to like. And Shippou, well, Koo-chan doesn't count, does she? EH-heh-heh. And I also really like Noriko Hidaka, but that's from her Ranma days as well.

Heh, my Hou-chan related rant will be nowhere as long as my Pei-kun related rant... XD

Yeah, I voted for Kagura yesterday. I like all the female characters and I don't find any of them sexy, but I like Kagura's voice out of any of them, plus she is the best looking female.

I don't see how anyone is violating any copyright laws. InuYasha is broadcasted on public television. If people choose to record it and transfer it to a file online then it shouldn't be illegal. If people choose to fansub them and transfer them online, that shouldn't be a problem either because no one is doing it for a profit, am I right?

How can America, or any other copyrights, get angry when people choose to take the series off of public television? They're violating nothing. And if I've missed something, where they ARE violating some sort of law, show me the link or site.

The only time it becomes a problem is when people fansub a series or episodes, and distribute them for a profit. Other than that, it seems to me there's no real problem.

I hope that AnimeForever chooses to fansub the series...mainly because I've gotten used to AF fansubs with InuYasha. Sure, whoever subs it first is my hero, but I really like how AF subtitles it.

As for the recording of shows and downloading them, I posted a long post about this in the Suprnova forum when it was up, but the gist of it was, I pay my monthly rate to my cable provider for my subscription to TV and internet, so they get paid for airing the channels whether my TV is on or not. Likewise, that money then filters back to the companies that produce the shows, so they get their money too. So I am basically already paying for the right to watch these shows, so I should be able to watch them how I choose, whether by TV or by downloading and watching them on my computer.

Good point, my apologies, and I did forget to add that I had voted for Sango, simply because she has such a sultry voice. Kagome can be a little too piercing at times but is still nice. I haven't really listened to Kagura's voice, and Kikyou's is a little too emotionless fo me to judge (as I assume it's intended to be)

in episode 128 the vaing was suberb from the singing to the acting.. XD but my vote still goes to sango overall.

I felt bad for Kaede so I had to give her a vote. I can't say that I personally find any of the voices sexy, I've just never listened with that mindset.
