btw... it's true... he walks very slow...
but he just takes his time to do things.
Why the heck should he care about what others think?

First: he knew he was too powerful to be taken in by Naraku in a small amount of time, and by dodging Inuyasha's Kaze no Kizu, he would be running from his opponent Naraku, which would be a sign in weakness, something our wonderful Sesshoumaru-sama would never do.
Second: of course he would care about Inuyasha coming, he's the kind of guy that would never want anyone to interrupt his battle,
well thats my input on that.

Well, since I never posted in this topic back when it was in its heyday, let me just ask now... why does everyone love Sesshoumaru so much? I mean, he's cool and all, but compared to most of the other characters, he's just never seemed as interesting to me. I mean, he's a pretty badass who's got some issues with his dad. Not like we've never seen that profile in an anime before.

Personally, I didn't like Sesshoumaru-sama at all at first,
until I saw him in the second ending and thought he was sweet.
He's a real stereo-type but, you're kinda hoping for something
(maybe seeing a soft side, like with Rin... but with Kagura)

Anyway... to me, Sess is just one of those characters who's got a lot of potential, but whose potential is never used. Sigh. Although he was pretty good in 133-134 (and that was a filler, no less). I'd like to see more episodes like that... then he might finally move up on my favorite character ladder.

speaking of the Fukai Mori ending...

The first coupla episodes of Inuyasha I saw had that ending. At the time I thought it was Inu in his full demon form cuz I hadn't seen any sessho eps either. Wow, that was dumb

Oh well, I have since been corrected and can now worship the very pretty, but all man, Sesshoumaru-sama!

I personally dont like Sesshoumaru much...he wears eyeshadow and wears a big tuft of fur...if that doesnt scream IM GAY then I dont know what does
