I just saw that a group called THORAnime has released Paradise Kiss 1-12 in HDTV and they claim to use your and FB's Translations in their releases!
Have they asked about borrowing yours or have they just stolen 'em?

If they "stole" them it's more than likely copying off video. To my knowledge the scripts weren't given out and it's not like any group can stop hard subs from being written down.
