A lot of people have been against Inuyasha for a while now; I cant understand why. Well, I can, but it doesnt make any sense at all. Inuyasha is NOT just a show about people looking for a broken glass ball! Many people read reviews by ONE person or merely watch a few eps of CN's dub. While Im not saying dubs are bad, they do tend to water down anime and take away from the plot.
I hear a lot of people saying Inuyasha is "very DBZ-ish". WRONG! It may be long, but that doesnt make it bad, not at all. Inuyasha has a plot, more than one actually...shall I list a few? Ok, I will.
The love triangle between Inuyasha, Kagome, and Kikyou. Most people dont like this plot line, but I like it. Maybe because Im a girl, I dont know.
Miroku and Kazanna. Mirokus LIFE is at stake here people! XD Anyways.
Sango and Kohaku, Kohaku and Kagura, Kagura and Naraku, Kouga and Naraku, Kagome VS The decision of being in her world or Inuyasha's, Inuyasha with who he wants to be with, Inuyasha deciding if he wants to be human, full demon, or remain as he is as a half demon, Kikyou passing on to the after life...etc.
For people who say Inuyasha has no plot or no point, WHAT IS ALL THAT? Go ahead and flame me, Ill get over it, I really will.
About the people who say they dont like Inuyasha because it has so many filler eps: Fillers, while when theres a lot CAN slow down a plot, but they can also ADD to it! Background stories are good for the plot, its called having round not flat characters. Ain't any of ya's eva been ta a English class?
My point here is, stop just taking what other people say and repeating it! If we were meant to be drones of eachother, we'd all look like the old man down the street. If you dont like Inuyasha, thats your opinion; just have your own reasons not to; come on people...we arent stupid, we can use more than 3 words to describe something.
Oh and another thing, All the Kagome and Kikyou bashers really need to stop. All I ever hear is "kikyo iz t3h b1tcH!!" and "kAgomE sux0rzz ShEz sOOOOO whInnyYY!!!!!!1111ONE!!" I'm sick of it. I want to take these people and string them up by their toes while being beaten with a large fish. I honestly dont see any reason to hate either Kagome or Kikyou later on in the series. Kagome and Kikyou arent even the same people; realize this before I hurt you.
Kagome is the reincarnation, yes, but that doesnt make her Kikyou! Certain religions even believe all people are reincarntions of others...does that make you that person? Nupe. Anyways, I dont wanna bring religion into this. Its not about that,
Inuyasha IS popular in America, sooo? Who cares, good monkey gods in heaven get over it! There are things worse than a few fangirls or fanboys, right? Honestly, this post was something Ive been wanting to say for a very long time, the same with my friend who helped me put this together.
