Yea no shit, this was the best episode ive seen in a while.

Anytime the wimpy wolf catches a beatdown im all smiles.
But the Miroku scenes really made it a great episode, that was the first time ive laughed at IY in a while that stuff was great.

Sesshoumaru Pimp slapping jakotsu's sword was cool too, that fight has me very much looking forward to the next episode.

Only way it could have been better is if IY would have cut Kougas head off while he was laying there and took his shards, but that kind of stuff only happens in my dreams. oh well....

I just watched it-- Miroku was SOOO funny!! Personally-- I'm glad Inu Yasha didn't kill Kouga.. instead he showed (somewhat) compassion towards the guy. I think that's cool-- it means he's calming down a little, even though it might be temporary. That was definately cool

WOW! One of the best episodes so far!
I loved the fight between Kouga and Ginkotsu,
and I was laughing in delight when Kouga got showered with rockets!
I like Kouga and all, but it was just really really cool...
And Miroku was really funny. "I WILL touch her!"
Otherwise I liked when Kagome told IY to stop fidgeting.
He really does the tapping with his hand and foot a lot...
just like me. I imitate Jakotsu scratching his cheek too...
Anyways, I almost started crying when Kouga nearly got killed!

The best scenes were clearly where Miroku was trying to touch Sango. "I WILL touch her!!!"

Very good ep, I was getting pissed that episodes where getting a bit to repetative.

I also thing this gives me a new fav moment, Miroku's attempted grab-assery.

I've got high hopes for next episode, Sess schooled the poison user with a flick of his wrist in what is my favorite "kill" on the show. Should be interesting over all.

Man, I love Miroku, but I had to laugh at him in this episode. That was absolutely hilarious. And they cut back to him and Sango just enough times so that it kept getting funnier and funnier, but didn't start to get annoying.

Still, I can't wait till they get a little further up that mountain...

Kouga's battle was a lot cooler than I thought it would be. And even though I knew what would happen, the suspense still got to me at times. Very nicely done. And I like how Inuyasha came to the rescue even though he "hates" that wimpy wolf. Of course, it might have just been because he was horribly bored sitting there... it was really funny when he was fidgeting like that.

All in all, another nice ep. But they're just going to keep getting better and better now.

I really like kouga. Me and my sis fight over anime guys and like say which ones are our bfs, and I told her that both Inuyasha and Kouga and Miroku are mine. so, she is left with sess. But it's ok, cuz i have A HECK of alot more then she does. i'm really glad that this was a good episode, but even more that Kouga didn't die and that Inuyasha helped him. Its only my oppion, but I hope that Kouga joins Inuyasha and they fight together alot more. Well, thanks for all the comments. I enjoyed reading them. i cant wait till 115 either. When Inuyasha sees Kougo wake up, he says "{you're alive}. Yokatta." But it's only translated as "You're alive..." Can anyone from FGF, or anyone with much better Japanese skills than me, clue me in as to why it wasn't translated as "Thank goodness you're alive."? To me, that Yokatta makes it clear even Inuyasha was happy to see Kouga alive.

OMG, Miroku has never been funnier than here. The last attempt was the best, making it look like a real fight, it was so teriffic. Though I had expect Sango to hear it the last time, since he was litteraly shouting, and give him another punch to boot.
The fight was nice too. Ofcourse Kouga's plan was pretty obvious, but still. He really tore up Renkotsu, that was cool. And Ginkotsu is finally dead. He was really getting annoying. I'm as much surprised that he's alive as Kouga. I mean, where the hell were his organs and stuff supposed to be? How the hell did they make a more advanced machine in the Feudal era than we can make today? Good ridance.

I wonder what Inu Yasha was going to make Naraku pay for. For hurting Kouga? He shouldn't mind. My guess is because it gave him an excuse to hold Kagome's hand .

Next ep will be great too it seems. Seshoumaru-samaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!

I also thought of what Inuyasha said,
that he were going to make Naraku pay.
Since he do say "yokatta" about Kouga being alive,
it could very well be that he likes Kouga... a little.
But the holding a hand excuse is more believable.

OMG! When Ginkotsu transformed I was laughing my butt off. I was like “YEAH!” it was like something off the movie ‘Mask’ and I love the grab ass seen. I was cheering for him in my seat but he could still not pull it off That was so cute when he grabbed her hand, I think he is really starting to love Kagome and not just her abilitys. I would like to see more episodes of that. What? We saw the Kikyo and Inuyasha ones I want more of the K&K love. I can’t wait for 115!!! NUUU! Don’t touch Rin… You are gonna get it…..

Actually, I just think his womanizing skills are growing better (remember how he brought her flowers too in episode 99 or such?). I mean, lying on the ground all bravely wounded like that, he probably figured (quite correctly) that holding Kagome's hand all tenderly was a good way to get more points with her.

Which is why Inuyasha does have good reason to be pissed at Naraku for letting that happen. But actually, I think he was mad because Kouga was nearly killed. Sure, Inuyasha has tried to kill the guy several times himself, and gets seriously pissed every time Kouga even shows up (whether he's flirting with Kagome or not... though he usually is), I don't think even he wanted Kouga to get hurt that badly (hence that "yokatta" slipping out when he saw he was still alive). Inuyasha always did have a reputation for caring about people more than he let on. Plus, he probably figured Kagome would be sad if Kouga got killed.



Oh, yeah, totally dismayed... "Oh well, poor Ginkotsu is dead... now to steal his shard and go get Kouga's too!"

It was more like he got the shard from Ginkotsu.
I think Ginkotsu was really sweet to save Renkotsu.

Anyway, it was sweet of Ginkotsu to sacrifice himself for Renkotsu like that, but unfortunately I think it was misguided. Renkotsu doesn't care a whit about Ginkotsu... if he was at all dismayed, it was probably because he wouldn't have Ginkotsu to back him up when he went to go ambush Kouga's group.

(Gomen nasai, but no one is ever going to be able to convince me that Renkotsu has even a shred of decency in him. )

Geez, the double standard in this thread is a bit annoying. Well, I agree with Patrioil; it doesn't necessarily have to be guys, erm, on guys (that's why I'm a shounen-ai fan, not a yaoi fan), but I happen to think the occasional kiss and stuff is rather cute. But if you're a straight guy, don't even try to understand it--it's not going to happen. On the opposite side of the fence, I'm not much into girl/girl stuff, but I don't diss it, either.



::shrug:: Something about Ginkotsu and Renkotsu, I think. Does it really matter? Everyone on Inuyasha besides Jakotsu (go Jakotsu) is obviously straight anyway.

What did everyone think of Kouga in this episode? I think he's becoming a better and better character as time goes on. He used to annoy me, but I've since warmed up to him a lot, and I like him a lot now. He was pretty cool here. I really liked how he tricked Renkotsu and Ginkotsu into leaving the barrier. If Ginkotsu hadn't gotten all suicidal on him, he probably could have taken them both out, even with his injured legs.

For some of us, Kouga was always this cool. It especially helps if you realise that he plays the other delinquint competing for Kagome's affection. In the standard Nice Girl Tames Tough Guy High School Romance, the rival is also a good, but misunderstood, person underneath. The rival also tends to be more suave and confident.

But getting away from that, Kouga is good leader, an intelligent fighter who uses his brains as much as his speed and braun, and he does have a good heart hiding underneat that gruff exterior. It's just he doesn't really show it towards the other humans of that period. I still dislike him because his wolves did maraud that village and kill Rin while Inuyasha has all but admitted that he's never really taken a human life before, and he doesn't like doing it.

Kouga is just...a little TOO arrogant for me. I'm sorta tired of him coming in and thinking he can "take on the world" when he would be nothing without his shikon shards. I also get annoyed with him interrupting Kagome and Inuyasha, but I recognize that this probably just makes me want Kagome and IY to get together EVEN MORE, so maybe Kouga is just good for FOIL.

He made Sesshoumaru-sama "pair up" with Rin.
He is very important to the whole show.
But I call him "Kouga who looks like Ryouga".
Why does he have to remind me so much of Ryouga?
But that's probably another reason to like him...

Kouga has always been interesting. I think he's been underestimated from the beginning. My little sister 'dip' thinks he's cooler than Inu Yasha-- i almost tarred and feathered her for that comment

Personally i think he's cool, but nothing compared to Inu Yasha (go inuyasha!) It's cool though, if you saw the previews for the next episode, Inuyasha is carrying him on his back, that makes me REALLLY want to see ep 115.
