Too bad "Come" didn't last longer. I liked that ending. But, episode 146 was the last it ever played (147-148 had a special ending that played "Change the World"). Unfortunately, "Come" lasted a grand total of 19 episodes, making it the shortest-running ending theme yet.

It's weird that they've been so tight-lipped on this one. We knew about "Come" quite a while before it aired (though, granted, we didn't know the exact airdate until the week beforehand, so I guess it all evens out).

I'm ready for a new ending song (I liked "Come" a lot, but it did start to wear on me for a while--I'm just not really big on dance/trance-ish music in general), but the news that this one is going to be done by V6 makes me decidedly nervous, I have to admit...

Like Patches, I don't want another "Itazurana Kiss." I don't think I could stand another ending like that. There are a lot of episodes coming up that something that upbeat would completely ruin. So I'm just hoping V6 came up with something pretty different from "Change The World" for this.

I liked Come too though. Change the World isnt exactly one of my favorite songs in the world...so I, too, hope its different.

I wonder how many got the shock of a life time on the " Farewell beloved Kikyo" Ep. There I was crying and all sad cause of poor Inu, and then BOOMMMMMM! The lively song.

Until that ep. I kinda liked it. But after I was like Everytime I heard it.

Totally agree with Patches, we had better not have another Itazurana Kiss ending. It was a good song, but was aired during the wrong part of the series. You don't have zombies and some peppy song. Geesh! That's a known fact!

I agree the Itazurana Kiss ending just didn't fit. usually ending songs are less upbeat the the opening song.

I want to see new inuyasha epsiodes .

We had just gotten passed the drama and into some fluffy filler when "Come" replaced "Kiss". So I've been thinking that they should've aired in reverse order. Then it would've fit better.

Personally, I love "Itazurana Kiss". Any excuse to watch Inuyasha running.

I've always preferred the first two endings.

The second ending has the greatest music...

Shinjitsu no Uta still owns all in my book, with Dearest coming in as a reasonably close second. I really don't think any other ending will ever top those two, but we'll probably get one more before the show closes in September (once again, if it does end then), so I guess we'll see.

"Brand New World" is pretty good, though. The tune keeps getting stuck in my head, and the animation isn't half bad, either. My favorite ending in a while.

Gah, yes. It totally sticks in my head, too! I actually really do like this song, and given that the next stretch of manga chapter as I remember is rather action-packed rather than angsty, it seems so far like it fits.

And the animation, I do like hands-down the most out of all the endings.

However, NOTHING has replaced Dearest and My Will as my favorites.

::glomps Kuro:: Nah, Fukai Mori is actually my least favorite of all the endings... or it would be, if Itazurana Kiss hadn't come along. So you're not alone.

I like the full version of it quite a bit, but I'm not all fond of the clip they actually used for the ending; it sounds a little weird to me. And the ending itself always kind of bored me... it's like the show suddenly switches to the "all Sesshoumaru, all the time!" channel, which is great if you love Sesshoumaru, but Sess has never been extraordinarily high in my list of favorites. So all in all, Fukai Mori isn't bad, but it's still kind of meh-ish compared to the other endings in my book. ;;

I'm actually quite fond of Fukai Mori... it prompted me to download a Do As Infinity collection that someone had on bittorrent a while ago. I haven't cared for the others enough to go and search them out.

My favs. will always be "Change the world" and "Fukai Mori"

I love those two. I still lisen to them every day.

Fukai Mori and Shinjitsu no Uta are the two favorites that I like but not as the actual themes, as they used funny clips from them. Presently I like Come and One Day One Dream best as the OP/ED.

Currently no song can top My Will as the ending, but the animation for Brand New World is one of the best ones. My Will will always be my favorite song though.

Brand New World is actually compatible with angsty endings. Like, 151, the ending was fine. Not as good as My Will. but good in its own way. ^^

I don't think I have a favourite... Though, I should probably say My Will, as it was what actually got me into the series in the first place. I had that song on a CD about a year before I started liking Inuyasha :P

Man...been so long since i've been on the forums....anyway, I can't wait till the new ending...i refuse to watch raws...despite the increasing temptation. Itaz Kiss was a great song...granted it DID totally spoil the mood on 124....at least they showed that clip after the ending tho...laying kikyo to rest. actually i think the song i've liked the least of inu would have to be 'come'....good song, but i'm not as big a trance fan. Every heart being second least... Fukai Mori still my fav tho....i loved how it centers on the stoic and complex sessh. I remember watching the ep where inu goes against his father's killer and i was like....hey, that's the thing u see in the ending. All the inu songs have been great....i love em all, don't get me wrong. I also hate boy bands...but for some reason i can make an exception with V6 so i'm sure i'll like this new song I still love the current song one day...but change the world and grip very close....argh...too many songs. /me ends his dreadfully long rant
