hiya, Happy Belated New Year!
Some questions that pop into my head.

1. How come Kouga's shards weren't corrupted like the Shichinintai's when Kagome first met him? He wasn't exactly Mr. Nice Guy. He killed humans, not to mention ordered his wolves to kill Rin.

2. How come Naraku was able to kill Kikyou the first time, but needed to remove his human heart to kill her the second time?

3. Since Kaeda was the one to place the rosary on InuYasha, could she also use the sit command on him? And how come they don't try putting the rosary on other people like Sesshoumara or Naraku? I think it would quite useful if they did.

4. If Rin was written in as a little boy, do you think Sesshoumara would have revived him? Do you think there would still be a whole flock of sess/rin fanfics then?

1. Perhaps because Kouga's shards hadn't been pre-corrupted by Naraku (since he was the one who betsowed them upon the Shichinintai that way)?

2. Because he wasn't trying to kill her immediately? Wasn't it all part of the game, allowing each of them to think the other had betrayed them BEFORE they died? Plus, he *HAD* only just become that way, and at one point I remember something about "Onigumo" saying that he had lost control for a while after that, meaning the youkai were in charge, not him..

3. Because Kagome was the one who actually bound her power into the necklace wih her utterance of command? Just because Kaede was the means of getting it on him, doesn't mean that she had the power to control it? As for why not on the others...cuz they're full youkai and her miko powers aren't that strong?

4. Sadly, I think that he would have revived Rin were she a boy...and even more scarily, there *WOULD* still be a fanbase for the Sess/Rin pairing.

There's always that theory that it was originally Kikyou that meant to use it on Inuyasha. Although I can't really see her using something like that, I also don't think Kaede predicted that Inuyasha would awaken at all let alone Kagome being able to free him. She was just as surprised by these events as anyone else when they chased after Mistress Centipede. So why would she just happen to have a rosary set to Kagome's command at the ready? If she was capable of using it one would think she would've at the time. But if it was originally tied to Kikyou's, then it would theoretically work for Kagome too.


I have a question: Where is Kikyou's grave in the present time? Why would the tree and the well have been enshrined and preserved, but not her grave?

I figured she has no grave at this point since it got all dug up. Maybe its where Kaede and Inuyasha were reflecting in ep 126? Or maybe 127.

I think it's because his ambitions to get power weren't really over humans. The humans were only involved because that one wolf youkai who stole the shard kept going through the villages. Kouga himself never used the shards to kill innocents- true, he let his wolves, but he never did it himself. He didn't even have a particular hatred of humans, he was just really apathetic. Still not a good guy, but it could explain the shards not being really corrupted.








If I recall correctly, it was said somewhere that it was never Naraku/Onigumo's intent to kill Kikyo the first time. Onigumo thought she would save herself with the jewel- he had no idea that she wouldn't. When Naraku took complete control, though, every attempt afterwards was with the intent to kill, which is why Onigumo's heart always tried to stop him.

Well, Sessh kills a lot of people... but does he have a corrupted shard?
No, I think it's just Kouga's way of living... sad but true :P but this too:
I don't think he thinks "let's go kill some human for fun and w00t lolz",
but he just doesn't care if he HAPPEN to kill one or true... errr... yeah



He prolly didn't realize he was in love with her the first time,
he was just so over-excited that he partially forgot the Shikon no Tama,
and just went on killing Kikyou in jealousy :P he wanted to hurt her...
while the next time, when he once thought she WAS dea,
and had prolly gotten over her... his feelings were awoken once more.

Well first: Kaede told Kagome to make the command,
mostly cus Kagome were the one being chased and had miko powers.
About naraku and Inuyasha: they are full demons...
but I'm gonna say that was a bad thought by me, because,
hanyou's aren't weaker than real youkai: that has allready been said,
but yeah... maybe Kaede can't get as close as she needs to,
and now some are thinking Inuyasha was pretty far away... BUT,
he wasnt... in the manga he was like 5 feet away from kaede XDD
anyways... yeah



He prolly would have revived him... getting a father feeling :P
then he'd be in serious trouble when the fanfictions are written o.O

Maybe it was and they just never told us? I dont think Kouga was a bad youkai..(bad dog comes to mind..) but I agree with whoever said its just how he lived.



Good question...never really thought much about it. Oh, I know, I know...because he was dressed up as Inuyasha...yeah thats it. Inuyasha cosplay.



I dont think Kaede can use it...its Kagome's. If they put a necklace on Sesshoumaru, Naraku, Kouga, Shippou, Ginta, Hakkaku, Miroku, or anyother character...it would lose its appeal and stop being an original idea.



I dont think Sesshoumaru woulda revived him..Because I dont think they ever would have met. I just cant see a little doing what Rin did for Sesshoumaru.
