Okay, this thing about never-aging characters is takahashi's thing,
just look at Ranma½, it could say "one week later" just like that,
and they had like 7 summer vacations but they allways stayed 16.
::ignores Oily's dig at J.K. Rowling::
Anyway, that's a good point... this isn't exactly anything new when it comes to Takahashi. All of her characters seem to end up stuck in a bizarre time warp.

I'm working on a new theory that involves Peter Pan now... I'll get back to you all on that.

I'm still pretty sure it's only been six or seven months since the show's start. Though it's obvious that RT isn't keeping up with the seasons.
I still think it's been more than six months (seven is getting a bit closer... I'll accept eight or nine, but it seems longer to me), even though there's no proof. I mean, the events we've seen in the manga and anime alone must have taken at least five or six months right off the bat, and then you have to account for everything that goes on that we
don't see. Surely they aren't squaring off with Naraku and defending villages from youkai every single day... the Sengoku Jidai must be boring
sometimes.

Inuyasha's new moon transformation must have occurred at least a few times off-camera without any incident, just based on how long it's been since we last saw it happen. Kagome probably visits her own time a whole lot more often than we actually see her do, or else her family would be more worried about her than they seem to be right now. And how long was Naraku hidden in Hakureizan, anyway? That's gotta be at least a couple months right there, or at least that's how I see it. Plus there's all that walking they must do, too... I wonder how many miles they can cover in one day. And so on.
::pats Kuro's back and offers her a belated glass of water:: Sorry.
