well, i saw a trailer for the new movie, the cat in the hat...
but that little girl in the movie looks ALOT like Alvis Hamilton from Last EXILE.
i could just be bored out of my mind and seeing things, but i truly doubt it ><

That girl does have some likeness to Alvis, mostly though in just how the hair is done.

She does look a bit like Alvis.
I think its the hair but also the eyes.
The dress is a bit of the same shape also.

Oh yea, that girl was also in that movie "I Am Sam." Her name is Dakota Fanning.
She's a pretty damn great actress, considering how young she is!
