So, with episode 126 playing today, Yomiuri's website now has the preview up for episode 127, the first more or less purely filler episode we've gotten in quite a while (although, Mimisenri is listed in the credits, and he's canon).

So, what's this mysterious "Dried Youkai" episode going to be about? Apparently... Kagome's adventures in electives? Choir class, drama class, cooking class, some sort of school festival... huh? According to the summary on the website, apparently she brings some dried food from the Sengoku Jidai to her cooking class, but boiling said food releases some sealed-up youkai. Or something. I don't know, it didn't make much sense to me.

::patiently awaits the raw so she can get a longer, and hopefully more informative, episode preview::

Yeah! Who cares about episode 126 itself? I just wanna see the preview for the filler! Nothing important happens in 126! Kagome just screams that she loves Inuyasha, but that's not as important as crazy, pointless filller! Heavens no! :P

On that topic, when are we going to be getting more episode titles? 128 is the farthest we know, and even though that one's not going to be playing for quite some time, it would be nice to know what's coming after it. C'mon Sunrise or Tsujitani Kouji or whoever posts titles first...! Fill us in!

Actually, I love the fillers, too! Some of the most hilarious moments in my mind were filler episodes.

Like.... T3H KILLER PLUSHIE-NESS! Aaaah! That episode probably gave me more laugh-out-loud moments that any other episode! Heh-heh-heh.

They'll probably also be half-filler half-cannonish as well, like the "naked Inu" episode where the parts about him saving people and stopping crime whilst en route to Kag's school were filler, but the premise and several scenes were still cannon.

Hmm, I guess I'm somewhat patient with the titles; I just go to Y-TVs site and read them from there, even if they don't put up titles for episodes that are weeks/months in the future.

and yea, i love fillers too. i actually couldnt wait for this shichinintai business to be done so we could settle down for a long stretsh of filler-goodness. and i just about died laughing when i saw the preview for the dried youkai episode.
