Does this Royal Rumble occur in an episode? There is the "this series is named after me" effect which would have Inuyasha coming out on top And also I'd like to say that if it weren't for stupid poison, Miroku has the most powerful attack out of everyone. It may not break barriers but no one has been able to resist his Kazaana(correct me if I'm wrong), they can only make him shut it, or just once enemies countered it by making their own kazaana. So if no posoin attacks were allowed, Miroku might stand a chance. For raw power, the cup has got to go to Sesshoumaru-sama. Has anyone else notice that this forum is turning into a Sesshoumaru-sama shrine?

If Miroku uses his Kazaana he would win for sure. Okay so what if Kikyou is dead already but no one ever said his Kazaana kills. It turns you into nothing, what happens to you in a black hole… who knows? But…Ummm… Is it just me or did Inuyasha kick Fluffy’s butt in like the 4th episode? Points to his left arm Oh yeah, he doesn’t have one! (Or is it right? I don’t know you all seem to be rabid Fluffy fans you’d know.) Yes I know Sesshoumaru is really strong and blah blah blah… but we have never really seen a episode where they one on one fight with their main weapons for real. When he 1st got his Tokijin (sp?) InuYasha’s Tessaiga was really heavy so he was not at his fullest power.

It is hard to put InuYasha and Sesshomaru together in a fight and say who will win. I think it comes down to who ever has the better sword and that will have to go to the Tessaiga. I know what you are thinking….

After he turned Demon it is now his as well his father’s, also, he has been using the Tessaiga way longer then Sesshomaru and the Tokijin. If it was a battle without the Tokijin and Tessaiga… Meaning it would be Dokkasou and the Light whip VS Sankon Tetsusou and Hijin Ketsusou. Sesshoumaru would defiantly win, hands down.

I see Sesshoumaru as like the successor of the crown seeing his father was the (/one of) most powerful demon around his time and InuYasha as the 2nd born, always being the prince for the rest of his life trying to prove himself in the world.

Hey midnight, your forgetting one thing, Sesshomaru can't be killed, think about the tenseiga he's holding.... lol he survived a direct kaze no kizu when it was first introduced, and we all know that in anime, when something is first introduced its always alot stronger....

also about his arm, my thoughts on that have always been that it was before much of sesshomaru was known, before his character developed and maybe before the writer knew he was gonna be such a bad ass?

Ex: He is god… he cannot die and if he does die he will come back and smite the world with he powerful arm and do it with out a scratch.
Well it just ruins the show because InuYasha the show is not like most animes made only about maybe 2 characters, the hero and the damsel. This has about 9 or 10 people (Not even including the Shichininta)
With that being said don’t mistake me for telling you not to be a fan of him, just keep your mind open, as well as you other people, that there are other great people in this show just a cool as Sesshomaru. And who knows, maybe in another world one may be even COOLER then he is (*Crowd gasps)

As much as we hate this fact Sesshomaru CAN and one day WILL die… The sword is not a part of his body. Just as easily as Sesshomaru took InuYasha’s Tessaiga InuYasha or anyone else for that fact can take his sword.

Oh also, and midnight, that sword fight you were talking about never happeneing, Episode 96 the jaken who became sick, inu with his sword mastered and all gets beat down by sesshomaru and toukijin,

He even set aside a kaze no kizu like it wasnt jack - and sessho the first time he wielded tessaiga did the kaze no kizu, i doubt he would leave himself open by sending out an energy type attack which would leave him open to bakuryuuha...

Agreeing with everybody else, Sesshoumaru would probably stand the best chance since he's the 'menacing older brother rival with a cool sword just like his brother's' and Inu has never *really* won. But then again neither has Sessh. He's always walked away with some excuse not to kill his brother like 'youre just a killing machine in this form' and such.
But both of them have weaknesses now.
Both could play dirty if they wanted... so would it be a clean fight or would there be some kind of 'stealing the damsel' part?
Of course, it would inevitably come down to Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru because... well following the Rules of Anime ™

Well whatever you think, I must have missed out on 98, sorry. I am just saying you should maybe start opening up and enjoying the other characters as well as your favorite. You seem to talk and rant like he is god and the main guy… (The guy who the show was named after) is the bad guy. And that must make the show suck in my point of view. Because InuYasha is sweet as well as Sesshomaru.

What I am saying is…when putting 100 shows together he is maybe in 30 of them (Meaning full episode based him) and That would ruin the show for me…

there are some other cool characters midnight but nobody measures up to sesshoumaru. His brother should never be able to beat him based soley on the fact that he is a Hanyou and Sesshoumaru is a a pure blood.
Sesshoumaru has more cool lines in a single episode than the rest of the cast combined. Bankotsu is the only character ive seen that is rivals Sesshoumaru-samas coolness. That dam Banryuu is just such a sweet weapon.

Okay so his voice/looks/lines are extremely sexy… err, I mean cool but still. I never began to down them. I think I am undecided on who will win the fight because I still stand on Inu has the better sword but Sess has the better attacks. And the show is based on Inu and how he for some reason can over come all the bad guys in his way…… but….


To tell you the truth I don’t think either of them would kill each outer, I think that little glimpse of brotherly love will stop them from doing it…..

Well ill let you know right now neither of those characters will die in the Inuyasha series i stand here to gurantee everyone that neither IY or Sesshoumaru will die in this series, eventually im sure they will team up to defeat naraku in some sort of way

let's see though, other characters...
Kikyou- even though she's dead, she's still vulnerable, as 110n clearly showed... she was blasted by Ginkotsu, and of course she isnt expected to win in brute strength. However, i think she would stand a decent chance. Half of the contestants are demons or part demon, and she could just purify them. Im not sure if she'd do that to Inu... she'd just save him for last and take him to hell. But if they tried anything funny, she could just repel it with her bow like she did to the black miko's snake thing. It might be hard to hit some of the faster ones, like Seshoumaru, the cowardly Myouga ( she could just squish him) and the cunning Naraku, so she'd probably gt a little worn out... but overall she'd have a chance.

Miroku- he has the kazaana. That's pretty much his strong weapon, and he can only use it for short times. His staff and ofudas are for close range, and he'd have to dodge poison claws, miasma and huge swords (still managing to step on Myouga). The fact that he's human and doesnt have a shard anymore puts him behind. Besides Myouga he probably has the worst chance.

Naraku- erm... he's a little harder. I mean he's the top bad guy, and if he got news of a battle royal he'd just send a kugutsu... but if it were the real him... i dunno.

Bankotsu- Banryuu and five (or is it four) shikon shards. he's a match for Inuyasha currently, but according to the Rules of Anime ™ the main character will prevail and Bankotsu will probably fall.

people who have read the manga know he does die eventually...

and if Inu doesnt get him Nar will take his shards, Kikyou will purify them, Sessh will get annoyed and kill him or Myouga would bite him. Not like that would make much of a difference... but flea bites probably hurt somewhat -.-;

Well we'll find out this fall who will win in a battle between Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru. But, somehow I bet either Inuyasha will win or both of them will have a common goal, something like that. That's the way it is in the comic world, at least. One reason why I hate comic team-ups. They're utterly pointless. But Inuyasha isn't American. I'm just blabbering here.

I agree. With the kazaana, Miroku is pretty much a guaranteed winner. The Tenseiga can't protect Sesshoumaru if it gets sucked up along with him into a black hole. Same goes for pretty much everyone else's attacks and defenses... hell, Miroku could have killed even Naraku already if it weren't for a.) the saimyoushou, and b.) the fact that Naraku is so damned good at getting away.

But neither running away or using poison bees would have any effect in a battle royale, since anyone who ran away would automatically lose, and Miroku could probably suck the bees in anyway and then take an antidote later on. So Houshi-sama all the way, IMO.

Maybe' Sesshoumaru-sama's coolness will fool Miroku's Kaza Ana?
I mean, Sesshoumaru-sama allways walks out on a fight...

What evil intent is this for ma Sesshoumaru-sama! If he dies I be so Peed OFF! Everyone knows Inuyasha is the little star to be born. However Sesshoumaru-sama has qualities that makes he superior to his brother for now. I mean to me Sesshoumaru-sama seems to prefer using a sword and knows how to use one, when compared to Inuyasha who seems more adapt at fighting with his claws! Also after Sesshoumaru-sama has the Toujin sword I have yet to see him actually deliver a physical blow with it. All we see is: ALL at the same time now is SWORD FORCE! Must be the greatest thing I ever seen so far. Inuyasha has not come close to Sesshoumaru-sama. The Sword Force inflicts so much damage on Inuyasha. However I think that if Inuyasha were to go into berserk mode it may be a different story! We haven't seen them fight in like that yet! Sesshoumaru-sama is one of the top 5 in the series, my biased opinion of course he is #1.

I mean Miruko has got the Wind-tunnel thing going however, has anyone seen the speed of Sesshoumaru-sama, Inuyasha, and Kagura not to mention others. Kagura for one can stop the winds for the wind tunnel, also she can stop Inuyasha from using his Windscar attacks! Miruko cannot hang with these demons by himself nuff said there on that point. Kagome in her current form is still not strong enough to take on half the enemies in the series. Kikuyu is deadly she is stronger than her human form but needs souls.

I can go on and on their so many blasted characters in the series that can beat each other by using their powers, however its brains that count not brawl and Sesshoumaru-sama is one of the smartest in the series, Naruko, Kagura, and Kikuyu they know when to use force and when to run. Inuyasha is the most HOT TEMPERED guy in to whole series. Loves to swing that sword from Daddy, if it weren't for his friends he'd be dead by now.

Alright guys, lets put aside our favorite character things and think this out.

Miroku could suck up people with his Kazaana, but as soon as Naraku gets sucked up, Kazaana goes away. If Bankotsu was still left, don't think he wouldn't chop Miroku in half right then and there. Hate to say it, but his spiffy little monk staff wouldn't stand up to Banryuu real well.

Alright, so lets say that Miroku was able to suck up Kikyou, Naraku, and Mister Robotto (simply because I have no idea what to say about him) - then he gets cut in half by Bankotsu. Inuyasha gets pissed and kills Bankotsu. Another contestant down.

This leaves us with Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha. Ahhh, the fight that everyone wants to see who wins. Tetsusaiga vs. Toukijin - I can't place any thoughts on this one because, as was stated earlier, the two swords have not been matched against each other since Tetsusaiga was improved.

So lets take the swords away. Just hand to hand - but if we take Tetsusaiga away from Inuyasha, his youkai blood takes control. In that case... I'd have to say that Inuyasha would win. He's simply too wild and unpredictable for Sesshoumaru to fight him to his fullest ability. Now if Sess went youkai.... who knows there. Inuyasha could probably run wild circles around him, but without a sword... he would be difficult to damage, ne? So lets say this:

Inuyasha and Sess mortally wound each other and die (As much as I would hate to see that happen... I love em both ^^).

Now.... they're all dead. EXCEPT for one person.... Myouga-jiji ^^ He was hiding in a bush, away from all danger, and thus he is the last man (flea?) left standing. Makes sense, ne?

And as for Tenseiga.... it brings back people that are dead. As in, no longer alive. As far as I know, dead people can't use swords ^_~. Without the influence of a Shikon shard, anyway. So.... doubt Sess would be able to bring himself back to life.

The thing is, yea, Sesshoumaru might not be able to use it if he dies.. i totaly agree on that... BUT: some might remember the episode where InuYasha managed to land a Kaze no kizu on his big brother... what happened then? Tenseiga acted on its own will and rescued its owner without even being weilded... (i know in this case "weilded" is wrong... someone corect it)

You people that are saying Miroku would win need to remeber Naraku is in this battle and he has the saimyousho so Miroku's Kazana=completely useless cause he will die if he opens it, therefore he is just a normal human and has no chance against the likes of Sesshoumaru-sama.

Who says he can't suck everyone and everything up, bees and all? Like I said earlier, the poison might make things a bit tough, but it doesn't immediately knock him down. So he could easily defeat everyone else and then simply take an antidote afterward. (Or die, I guess... but he'd still have been the last one standing, unless Myouga-jii is hiding somewhere. ~_^)



True, but then, we also don't know for sure if the kazaana immediately kills whoever gets sucked up into it. For all we know, it could just lead to some freaky dimension somewhere. Or it could lead to Rumiko Takahashi's kitchen. ~_^ Who knows? Though most likely you're right.

He could always save Naraku for last, too, though that probably wouldn't happen. Anyway, Miroku's tied with Inuyasha as my favorite character, so I'm just defending him as much as possible.

That's right, if the fecal matter ever really hit the large spinning air-mover, it would be Toutousai and Moumou on top!

How can I make this claim you ask? Especially in the face of Miroku's Kazana, Yasha's Bakaryuha, and Sesshoumaru's legions of rabid fangirls? Several reasons:

1. Moumou is awesome. I don't think this needs much explanation, but just in case: First, Moumou is a cow. A cow that appears in the middle of a bolt of lightning. And he flies. It really doesn't get much better than that.

2. Toutousai is crotchety. And I mean, he is REALLY crotchety. You can't go up against crotchety and win.

3. Toutousai breathes fire. First off, that's just freaky. It's also powerful - he broke up a serious fight between Sesshoumaru and Yasha just by breathing fire between them.

4. Did I mention that Moumou is awesome? ;)

Of course, Toutousai and Myouga seem to be pretty good friends, so Myouga'd probably end up alive somewhere. Maybe hiding in Moumou's ear.

This is a pretty Hard question. The most important question is did you move all the people to a different setting.If you don't move it Inuyasha has to win it's his show after all.

If you did move it you have all kinds of other things that could happen.Like Who teams up with who to take out who.Since everyone is Pissed at Naraku He's going away pretty fast.

Its more than likely the IY gang is going to team up for a good part of the fight. I don't think Sess could take the entire IY group. So that takes him out.

But IY wouldn't touch Kikyou. So that make it hard for him to win against her,But it is possible for the rest of the group to take kikyou,But it wouldn't be easy.

Since IY wouldn't hurt Kagome or Kikyou its kind of hard for him to win.The only way for him to win is to transform and "Loose himself" Thats unlikely to happen since kagome can put him on the ground instanly.

Miroku Can't really do to much without the air void.But given the right conditions I guess he could do a lot of damage with it. I'm not sure how IY would react to it.

I don't think Bankotsu is really even a threat.If the rumble happened before he reinforced his sword. He is screwd. If not he still dies.

I would vote for myouga but as unlucky as he is someone would probably fall on him and kill him.

Since Mister Roboto isn't in the battle and has no chance of getting hurt, I guess He would win. But I don't see him wining without being there fair.

In the end after think over the logic,I desided to to throw logic out the window and Vote IY. Thats what everyone else does when saying Sess is unkillable and can will anything else in the universe to die .Sorry I didn't want to bring the Sesshomaru =! Rulz topic.

well you could probably guess who I voted for Sesshomaru-Sama of course. I mean of course if you leave the fight on the show then inuyasha would win cause like other people have said it is his show he can not lose. But if u take the fight away from the show then u never know who is going to win. There are certain people that would be gone fast cause everyone would be going after him like naraku of course. now inuyasha there are a whole lot of people that have been trying to kill him so probably they will team up and he would be gone. ok well mr robotto woud probably accidently get in the way and die now kikyou I do not know who would kill her it def would not be inuyasha cause well he loves her but you never know.
